Unboxing Day: A First-Timer's Guide to Your Naturamia Box

Welcome! Whether you chose a curated box or built your own, the first delivery is a small event. A few tips so nothing goes to waste and you enjoy every piece at its best.

What is inside

On top you will find the packing slip with the list of items and the date they were packed. Below, the produce is arranged heaviest at the bottom, delicate items on top, and anything that must stay cold sits next to the ice packs.

Eat this first

  • Berries and cut fruit — day 1 or 2
  • Ripe mango, papaya, avocado — days 1–3
  • Leafy greens — first half of the week
  • Apples, citrus, carrots, pineapple — they will happily wait

Change your box any time

From your account you can skip a delivery, pause, change the box size or swap items before the weekly cut-off. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 24 hours and we will credit it — no photos required for the first time.

The best box is the one that matches how you actually cook. Adjust after week two, when you know what you ran out of.
